Shipping Policy

Scope of Application We provide door-to-door delivery services to all provinces and cities nationwide. Shipping Fees Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces/cities: 500,000 VND per order. Free shipping for orders with a total payment value of 50,000,000 VND or more. Delivery information will be based on the details provided by the customer during checkout, including: full name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. Delivery Time Orders will be delivered within 48–72 hours after processing. For customers in remote provinces, the estimated delivery time is 5–15 days, which may vary depending on goods conditions and weather. Delivery time is calculated from the completion of order placement and payment. Delivery Methods Customers in Ho Chi Minh City: In-city delivery services. Customers in other provinces/cities: Interprovincial delivery services. Product Inspection Policy Customers have the right to inspect the goods upon receipt. Order Processing Time Orders placed between 08:00–16:00 are processed the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed the next day. For customers in Ho Chi Minh City, delivery will be completed within 3 days, at the customer’s requested time (08:00–18:00). Customers in other provinces may receive their orders within 5–15 days after placing the order. If delivery is delayed beyond 15 days, customers have the right to cancel the order without any charges.
